The opportunity:

Are client is a leading FM & Maintenance provider across the UK, and have an exciting opening for a Days Only Shift Leader to join them at one of their long-standing contracts near London Bridge, to support with the planned & reactive maintenance duties across a medium sized commercial premises situated in a vibrant part of the City of London.

Working on a 4on/4off days only basis, your duties will include the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing duties across this commercial premises in London Bridge, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, generators, UPS systems, emergency lighting, BMS checks, air conditioning systems, general HVAC and plumbing duties. As part of your role, you will also be accountable for a small team of M&E Engineers working in both days & shift capacities.

We are looking for a Days Only Shift Engineer who has the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum NVQ/C&G Level 2 Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
• Experience of commercial maintenance
