Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: WFH (9 days/fortnight)

Salary: £39,600 – £51,600 + bonus + Phi + flexible working

We are hiring for a talent acquisition specialist with a real passion for delivering the very best quality candidates to our global client base.

The role:

Act as an HPRtalent brand ambassador for their talent acquisition services to your client stakeholders.

Works with Hiring Managers and client leadership to understand their hiring forecasts and translate it into recruitment plans on an agreed frequency

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and industry sector.

Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of assignments, recruitment market insights and strategies to ensure performance metrics are met

Recruit | Manage full-cycle recruiting process with the goal of hiring a diverse talent pool.

Build Relationships | Manage relationships with qualified candidates to build a community of candidates for high demand positions.

he Talent Acquisition Partner shall utilise the latest web-based knowledge, recruiting channels, and social media platforms to source candidates.

Facilitate the role discovery meeting with Hiring Manager and recruiters to discuss delivery expectations, timelines and sourcing activities

Consults with the Hiring Manager on the role requirements and sector/market talent supply considerations which may impact delivery

Drive Culture | Ensuring inclusion, equity and diversity is at the heart of everything we do

Ensure sourcing for campaigns and activities are successful

Deliver short-list presentation of candidates as required

Analyse data to identify ways to improve and optimise delivery performance and share best practice across the account team.

Participate in client update meetings and represents the service to stakeholders as required.

Obtain high client satisfaction levels with the service

Qualify and competency interview candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials

Ensures compliance with UK, EU, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Provides support to TA team including special projects and any ad-hoc requests

Plays an integral role in training and onboarding of new TA Teammates

The person:

The person in this role must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity to articulate and execute ideas to completion.

Demonstrable talent acquisition experience we require candidates with a broad experience of hiring at all levels and cross-functionally.

They should be able to independently own and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process

Experience of consulting with hiring managers to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies and tactics to the source, screen and select a highly talented and diverse workforce in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner.

Strong business and commercial acumen.

Experienced search practitioner.

Demonstrated experience contributing building an inclusive work environment by attracting and hiring diverse talent.

A genuine passion for understanding and replicating the culture and values of the organisations you have worked for

Proven experience managing multiple priorities and coping with an often pressured and unstructured environment.

Proven track record of being a trusted advisor to executives, leaders, hiring managers, candidates

Experience building recruiting communities across geographies and experience levels, ability to bring together a team of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.

Data minded, with a strong desire to explore align data and metric to action plans that impact business growth.
