Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
Sphere solutions are working with a highly respected national developer to recruit an experienced Build Manager to manage multiple housing sites across Devon.
Our client is a leading house builder with a reputation for quality and customer care, based across Devon, you will manage a number of sites, ranging from 50 units through to 200 +. You will join an experienced Senior Management team and have the support of an excellent commercial / operational team.
Successful applicants will be working in a similar role with a developer, have good experience of modern and traditional construction methods and understand volume house building whilst managing numerous site teams, demonstrating a strong emphasis on delivery and customer care.
