Customer Experience Agent

9-20 Recruitment have been retained by this well respected global Technology & Entertainment business who provide unique and bespoke service to an enviable client portfolio throughout the world. Based from their Glasgow City Centre location they now wish to significantly add to their existing team with the appointment of Customer Experience Advisors.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for French and German speaking customers providing first class service at all times
• Managing customer queries via Telephone and Email
• Meeting expectations by handling the required amount of contacts set by our client
• Finding faults and research technical and gaming issues appropriately
• Keep up to date with the clients products that are being prepared for launch
• Reporting issues to your manager or client immediately to achieve a timely resolution

In order to be considered for this role ideally you will be:

• Fluent in French or German
• Interested in technology and gaming
• Experienced within a telephone based customer service role achieving KPI’s and SLA’s
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and be IT proficient

The successful candidates would be rewarded with a temporary role on an on-going basis expected to run at this point until the end of May.
