We have a great opportunity for Seat Cover Sewing Machinists in Leicester, United Kingdom.
Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a temp to perm basis.
Duties for the Seat Cover Sewing Machinist Role:
• Follow an operating instruction for the particular job.
• Complete requirement for sewing items using appropriate materials.
• Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project.
• Report any faults or discrepancies to the Team Leader.
• Quality Control checks.
• Recording the number of items produced.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on sewing machines to ensure their longevity.
Ideal Seat Cover Sewing Machinist Candidate:
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye co-ordination
• Experience of sewing for the automobile industry required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
