Domestic Maintenance Operative

To carryout remedial issues in Purchaser properties whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship and Customer Service

MAIN TASKS:

To undertake remedial/repair work in occupied residential housing developments across the region

To ensure remedial work is undertaken in a safe and clean manner ensuring purchaser personal items are protected at all times whilst a high level of cleanliness is maintained during and when works are complete

To Liaise with purchasers on remedial issues maintaining a high standard of Customer Service

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Experience working in occupied properties in a Customer Care / Maintenance position

Attention to detail and high level of workmanship

Ideally carpentry or painting & decorating background.

This role is for a residential developer, therefore if you are already working for a company of this type that would be ideal.
