Working Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days and full training and career development will be given to the successful candidate.

We are urgently recruiting for a Retail Sales Person for an established national organisation, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and self motivated individual to join their Warrington branch.
Previous sales experience would be great, but don’t worry if you haven’t got it, because they give all their salespeople the very best training in the business. If you’ve got a positive “can do” approach and are motivated by the challenge of achieving great results, you could be part of the dynamic sales team.

Main aspects of the role will include:
*Meeting & greeting customers within the store
*Advising on products and payment plans
*Cross selling for any insurance and extended products and services
*Building rapport with customers to generate sales
*Processing paperwork and putting through payments
*Working to targets and KPI’s

Skills and Experience required:

*Be passionate about providing a high level of customer service
*Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills are an integral part of the role.
*The successful applicant will be professional and able to deal with people at all levels.
*You must be target driven and self motivated and accustomed to working to KPI’s and targets.
*The successful applicant will be a strong team player and confident in liaising with customers and other staff members of all levels.
*Flexibility with working hours and days is essential as this role will require weekend and bank holiday working.
