The Role: You will predominantly be looking for new accounts within large end users, speaking to ground working organisations, facilities management companies and utilities. Products are then backsold through a well-established distributor network and the technical sales manager will be selling to site managers, depot staff and company owners/directors. This large and growing company can offer you all the sales career prospects that you are looking for as they have a policy of promoting from within.
The Company: This market leading firm has been established for over forty years and is renowned for the quality of their products and after-sales service. They manufacture a full range of electric power tools including saws, drills, grinders and hammers and now seek a new technical sales manager as they target a new audience.
For this Technical Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales skills
You will ideally have sold a petrol, engine related or electrical product
Sales to the agricultural, construction or industrial end user sectors is preferred
You will be highly sociable and have the ability to sell at all levels Benefits of this Technical Sales Manager role:
