NB Curriculum Team Leader will also get an Additional £26,000 – £45,575 per year and 4.5 hours remission per week

WE are seeking someone who likes a challenge and who can bring industry experience into the classroom.
This is more than a lecturer post it is a curriculum team lead and as such has a higher salary and more responsibility
The successful candidate will join the college on an exciting journey to deliver the new T Levels as well as AME2, AME3, HNC, HND programmes (Apprenticeship and Higher Education).
The Curriculum Team Leader will update the line manager on operational procedures and will track and monitor student progress as well as lead on IQA, processes, self-assessments and carry out audits

We are looking for delivery expertise in a range of Engineering provisions including apprenticeships. The successful candidate would be competent and demonstrate expertise and knowledge in the following areas.
Engineering Mathematics and Engineering Principles
Electrical, Electronic and Digital Principles
– Electrical networks including three-phase theory
– Use appropriate laboratory and computer simulation techniques to investigate circuits
Programmable Logic Controllers
A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate
As part of a successful team, you will want to provide inspirational teaching that would develop engineering skills and knowledge in our learners. In essence, the ability to set challenging targets that promotes learner success is essential to this role
