Trainee Hydraulic Engineer

Our client is one of the countries leading Hydrualic service and maintenance suppliers. Due to expansion they are looking for a trainee hydualics engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will be based on the Eurotunnel site in Folkestone. A uniform is provided as is all training for the role. Working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:30-16:30.

Key objectives:
• To provide an on site, mobile hose replacement service and engineering support to the euro tunnel site and surrounding area.
• To provide 24hr call out coverage as per rota
• To ensure static workshop and equipment is maintained in a smart functional condition and that uniform is worn at all times.
• To control and maintain stock of all necessary products in the van. All stock is computer controlled, and any stock losses will be deducted from sales revenue.
• To complete all necessary paperwork/computer work, job sheets, stock transfers in an accurate timely manner.

Located in Folkestone this position is commutable from Dover, Ashford, Hythe, Sandgate, Shepherdswell
