Payroll Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £120 – £195.6 per day

Otis is currently recruiting for a talented Payroll Assistant to support our UK payrolls and manage our smaller Republic of Ireland Payrolls. Whilst this role is initially a Maternity Cover for up to 12 months it is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent for future permanent opportunities. Although this role will be based from our brand new Swinton office; initially we would provide you all of the equipment to start your new role with us from the safety of your own home and have the ability to onboard you remotely.

As a Payroll Assistant, you will:

Resolve all employee payroll queries
Adhere to the strict payroll calendar
Work closely with the business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Complete all payroll reconciliations
Monitor banking files and address rejects
Create weekly and adhoc reports for the business
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a solid background in payroll
Demonstrate expert knowledge in local payroll legislation
Ideally have experience and knowledge of running a payroll for the Republic of Ireland
Be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
