Shop Manager (Swaffham) – Children’s Hospice / Charity

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruit to join our retail team and manage our new shop in Swaffham. You will be commercially aware and have previous retail experience.

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

£26,000 per year

With a hands-on approach you will have the ability to recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH. The work is varied and will include encouraging donations, sorting and merchandising stock along with monitoring sales against target.
