Be part our fantastic Retail Operations team
As Mail Order & Warehouse Assistant you will look after the whole mail order process through to dispatch of parcels. You will handle all incoming deliveries and ensure stock is stored safely and in a timely manner. You will also process any matchday mail order collections and manage corporate client orders.
About you
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a retail store or a mail order environment. You will have fantastic customer service skills and ideally experience of using a stock control system.
You will work 5 days a week between the hours of 8am – 6pm. Due to the nature and the demands of the role, the successful candidate will need to be flexible with regards to working hours which will include at least one weekend day and all home matches.
