Warehouse Assistant

We are a well-established who are continually growing and expanding our portfolio of products. Now seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our fast paced and friendly warehouse team. We are offering a starting salary of £26,000with Monday to Friday working hours, 20 days’ holiday, free parking and company health care benefits.

As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Visually checking goods for internal and external appearance as appropriate.

Ensuring the inclusion of standard accessories/components.

Packing the goods in accordance with customer specific requirements as necessary

Cut Keys and modify/rework products to the required standard as necessary

Movement of stock

*
Six monthly stocktake.

*
Undertake forklift and other general safety maintenance checks

*
Assist the warehouse Manager where required with the receipt of goods and other duties where requested.

To be a successful candidate you will need to have previous experience working within a warehouse, stores or stock environment and able to work independently and use your own initiative as well as being able to work in a team when required. You will need to have an eye for detail and be PC literate. In return we can offer you a stable job with the opportunity to gain your fork lift licence
