MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
My client is a well-regarded private members’ club, boasting many facilities including a
swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, tennis courts and a Watersports Centre. It is also a
four star Hotel and Conference Centre, hosting conferences and special events,
including weddings and private parties

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS
*Ensure the editorial and production of the newsletter
*Continually review the published material to ensure correct use of The brand.
*Maintaining consistent use of the brand, produce and supervise all internal and external advertising/promotions and ensure appropriate and up-to-date display of material around the site.
*Co-ordinate and administer social media activities
*Co-ordinate and administer exhibition stand design and promotions
*Ensure both websites are kept up-to-date by liaising with relevant departments for any updated information
*Assist with SEO needs
*Assist with overall marketing budget, including local marketing budgets and ad supply
*Project manage all photo/video shoots
*Prepare artwork
*Take photos
