Electrical Estimator

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

We are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team in either our Muir of Ord or Cumbernauld facility. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Rate dependant on experience.

The post holder will be experienced in preparing analytical estimates and realistic tenders that ensures business sustainability through securing contracts. The post holder will be required to calculate and prepare tender submissions, prepare accurate contract costs that deliver the full scope associated with the Client brief, with appropriate levels of margin recovery to deliver the required project profitability.

The ideal candidate would have:

* Qualifications appropriate to the role

* Previous experience as an Estimator in a similar role, preferably with water, industrial, renewables and/or Oil & Gas

* Ability to interpret drawings and specifications to allow the preparation of Bills of Quantities/Schedules of Rates and other such procurement documentation

* Must be able to meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively at all levels both internally and with Clients
