Digital Marketing Manager

Macildowie are searching for an Online Brand Marketing Manager plays a critical role in a strong multi-channel team. The successful candidate will manage a digital marketing budget to achieve brand awareness, engagement and business growth. You will be responsible for digital brand marketing campaigns across the 2 largest brands within the business.
Your role will work closely with teams across brand marketing, social, content and PR to build innovative and effective brand marketing campaigns, in digital channels, that promote the business brands to drive awareness and engagement amongst our core audiences. You will play an important role in ensuring is at the forefront in innovative and memorable marketing campaigns and staying ahead of developments in digital marketing.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering first class brand campaigns in conjunction with your team and partner agencies.
You will own, drive, develop and manage all aspects of digital brand marketing including strategy, planning and managing activities across multiple media owners and platforms.
You will be in charge of managing the digital brand marketing budget on an annual and monthly basis to ensure that exceptional digital brand campaigns are integrated with overall marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
You will also be responsible for producing accurate reporting to provide feedback on the performance of your activity against key agreed metrics.
You will also be responsible for managing the relationships with your partner agencies to maximize results by constantly challenging decisions and developing best in class marketing activity.
A key function of this role will be to work with colleagues within the ecommerce and wider marketing teams (Brand, PR, Social, Content) to ensure we are spending our budget appropriately and operating in an integrated and collaborative way.
You will also be an effective manager and leader of a specialist team to ensure that they are operating at a high performance level and working in a collaborative, effective and productive manner.
