MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensuring Safe and Efficient operation of fixed and or mobile processing plant.
* Loading and moving material using a loading shovel.
* To report any problems, defects, breakdowns.
* Record and inspect mobile and fixed plant.
* To perform some maintenance on fixed and mobile plant.
* To maintain high levels of housekeeping.
* To challenge any unsafe condition or practice that you may see on site, looking after your colleagues and “Step in”
* Understand all key safety and environmental issues and procedures.
Your experience will include:
Previous experience of operating plant machinery
Must have a full UK driving license
Appropriate operator licenses
NVQ/QCF desirable
