Based – Hammersmith W6
Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm

Role:
The Training Co-ordinator is responsible for planning, booking and co-ordination of all training activities delivered at the Hammersmith and Heathrow sites as well as those training events taking place at client’s premises.
Duties:
* Manage and co-ordinate all Certificate in Knowledge of Policing training by monitoring payment, learner attendance and the training materials, working in conjunction with the trainers.
* Manage the Advanced Learning Loan system for all delegates, including those of the subcontractors; liaising with the Admin team regarding funding.
* Plan and book training sessions in conjunction with the training team to ensure optimum attendance
* Ensure adequate space and resources are available to deliver the required training
* Communicate with delegates and employers regarding the training to be delivered and ensure that all have appropriate pre-join instructions and reminders of training prior to attendance
* Monitor attendance at training sessions and, via the Training Support apprentice, ensure that the database is updated with attendance
* Supervise the Training Support Apprentice to ensure that all training materials are available and set up in the appropriate venue the evening prior to the training
* Ensure that the Training Support Apprentice contacts delegates who have not turned up for their training session on the day of training, (where appropriate inform the apprentices line manager of the non-attendance)
* Where appropriate, liaise with the accounts office and ensure that invoices for non-attendance are sent to clients
* Ensure that the reception area is appropriately manned when training sessions are undertaken and that the facility is secured adequately when no training is taking place
* Invigilate, or arrange appropriate invigilation for testing activities undertaken in the centre
* Ensure all stakeholders are informed of apprentices training plans, additional support and testing dates
* Support the Training Support apprentice to collect, analyse and present workshop evaluation feedback to senior management
Skills:
Experience working in a training / admin environment
Excellent communication skills
IT Literate (Word, Excel)
Well organised
