Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year
My client is a large Fashion Retailer, with stores across the UK and operating a European Ecommerce Website. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, to be responsible for the implementation of European Digital Marketing plans, provide growth in terms of Website Traffic and Revenue through digital marketing channels and identify new opportunities relevant to the groups business strategy.
Specifically you will be responsible for creating the EU Digital Marketing plans across current and future international sites in line with the groups Marketing strategies identifying key resources required internally and externally to fulfill requirements, Management and expansion of the Paid Search Channel providing optimisation of the existing sites PPC campaigns to exceed agreed targets and KPI’s including Search, PLA, RLSA and GDN Campaigns and to identify opportunities within the existing Paid Search Channels and new channels outside of the current portfolio, Management and growth of the Email Marketing activities delivering an acquisition, engagement and retention program for email marketing, Management and growth of the EU Affiliate program providing management and growth of the Affiliate program within the UK and France and to identify opportunities in line with international expansion.
We ideally are seeking someone who has in-depth knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing including PPC, Paid Search, Email marketing and Affiliate programs ideally coming from an Ecommerce or Retail background with a minimum of 3 years experience. It would be to your advantage if you have an Bachelors degree in a Marketing capacity, or if you have any additional Marketing qualifications, although we will consider applicants without who have extensive experience in the areas mentioned.
