Graduate Design Engineer

Salary: £32,400 per year

As our Graduate Project/Design Engineer you would have a wide and varied role that would include:

·Design calculations

·Project purchasing

·Preparing costings for non-standard products

·Preparation of technical design files

·Liaisons with inspection authorities

·Sub-contractor communications

·Produce detailed component and assembly drawings

·Write and develop engineering specifications

To apply you will need to be a graduate holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering.Training and support will be given so therefore previous work experience is not a prerequisite for this role.The qualities we are looking for are:

Excellent communication skills, ability to self-manage, enthusiasm, initiative and to be a team player with the drive to develop this role and make a real contribution.
