Painter & Decorator Needed

PAINTERS & DECORATORS REQUIRED

LOCATION: Isleworth, Twickenham

SALARY/RATE: £14.4 – £15.6per hour (PAYE Umbrella)

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: Ongoing

BRIEF:

We are recruiting for an experienced painters and decorators to work on an 100 unit residential construction site.

ROLE:

Measuring surface areas to work out how much paint or wall covering you need.
Preparing surfaces with primer and undercoat.
Applying layers of paint and hanging wallpaper.
Liaise with residents to arrange times to complete works in new build occupied houses.
Ensure works are completed to the highest standard.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

· CSCS Card.

· Experience or background in a construction finishing trade.

· Own overalls and tools.
