SEN Teacher – Lambeth – Permanent (Secondary)
A mainstream secondary school are looking for a strong SEN teacher to join their team ASAP. The school have a strong SEN department and facilitates all needs. The school is based in South London, Lambeth.
The teacher will need a strong curriculum knowlegde of Secondary ages (KS3,4 &5). This welcoming, inclusive school caters for children aged 13-19 with moderate and severe learning difficulties (SLD and MLD), pupils with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) and speech and language development (SLCN).
To be considered for this SEN Teacher role you must meet the following criteria;
* Experience of teaching children with ASD, SLD and MLD, ideally within a special school
* Secondary Trained
* Knowledge of PECs and/or Makaton
* Subject to reference and DBS checks
* Available full time
