Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a Teacher of Criminology on behalf of Luton Borough Council.

About the Role

We are currently working with a Luton secondary multi-academy seeking to appoint a qualified Criminology Teacher to start in September.

As a Teacher of Criminology, you will be responsible for:

• Be a confident communicator, an excellent motivator, and can build a good rapport with students and fellow staff members
• Hold the relevant teaching Criminology qualification (PGCE, B. Ed or BA Hons) with a Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
• Deliver exciting and engaging Criminology lessons using your initiative and have good knowledge of the national curriculum
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service, or be prepared to apply for a new DBS

Your salary will be dependent on your qualifications, experience, and teaching status. The minimum qualification that you must require for this role is a Qualified Teaching Status.
