This Deputy Manager role is within a nursing home registered for a maximum of 50 service users. The home is rated good in all aspects of the CQC, boasts being purpose built only 4 years ago and offers a generous salary which is under review to be increased this month! This particular care provider has been providing high quality care for over 30 years now and have grown to include 11 care homes and 400 beds across the South Coast of England/Essex.

The Staff nurse role requirements:

– An RGN/RMN/RNLD with NMC pin

– Candidate must have experience working within challenging behaviour

– Ability to show true leadership skills, lead with example and have full confidence in their on work.

– Passion for providing elderly care
