Production Operative

Our client is a rapidly expanding manufacturer and printer who are looking to take on extra shop floor staff. This fast paced environment would ideally suit a highly dexterous candidate who is not only physically fit but is well equipped with skills needed in a factory environment. Small teams work on various finished promotions to be boxed up ready for distribution.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

To ensure production meets high quality standards and the finished product is ready for packaging / dispatch.

To ensure any faults are identified and dealt with accordingly
High standards of personal conduct
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Good team player; the ability to work as part of a team or alone, on own initiative
Ability to think and plan ahead
Full awareness of the health and safety requirements when working in a busy environment and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will be aware of the manufacturing environment, and the demands and requirements needed in a fast paced production factory.

This is a temp to perm role, £26,000 per year however career progression cannot be ruled out in the long term permanant with the employer.

Various shifts patterns available are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and nightshift.
