Our client, a highly regarded food manufacturing business with interests across the food processing sector, operate from multiple well invested sites across the UK. The business offers a great range of premium products to top tier retailers. Focusing on developing and supporting their employees to produce great quality products, made safely and sustainably, delivered to retailers on time every time.
The person
To further support a collaborative team, our client now wish to appoint an experienced Factory General Manager possessing a track record of success within food manufacturing.
Leading a team of several hundred, our ideal candidate will be flexible, receptive, and able to engage the business at all levels. You will be well versed in all the levers employable to deliver positive KPI’s whilst maintaining safety and quality.
