Rhodium Consulting is exclusively recruiting for an exciting opportunity in the electrical wholesale industry.

We are searching for an Internal Sales Account Manager with good electrical wholesale experience to join a successful, well established electrical wholesaler in the Essex area.

Our client is looking for an outstanding individual who provides the customer with great service, to become an integral part of this team.

This role will involve working within a small team of people dealing with pricing enquiries, technical queries and sales orders.

Good knowledge of Essex and the surrounding areas would be preferred with good experience gained in the electrical wholesale industry.

Responsibilities will include:

Establishing excellent working relationships with mainly existing customers

Regular phone contact of customers to secure orders on electrical wholesale products

Responding to inbound customer queries by phone and email and progressing these queries
Raising Quotations for customer orders

Providing technical advice where required

Developing the customer base by regular contact which may include customer visits where required.
Use of computer system including quotations, enquiries, back orders

Skills Required:

Extensive current or very recent experience of the electrical wholesale sector is essential
Excellent knowledge of electrical and LED lighting products
Polished communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office) and previous experience of Agathos system would be a definite advantage
Enjoys the industry having built good working relationships over time
Reliable and committed working attitude with great organisational skills
A hard-working team player with excellent attention to detail

A self-motivated, professional who understands the importance of getting the job done and responding to the customer as promised.

A solid career history with an absolute minimum of 3 years recent electrical wholesale experience.

Salary is up to circa £38,400dependent on skills and experience + negotiable bonuses.
