A Global Investment Organisation currently seeks an experienced professional to (Main Accountabilities):
Cross Departmental Co ordination
Understanding and managing the role of external providers (transfer agents etc.) Ensuring that all key business stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and timelines for transitioning business Ensure that data for the product launch or client implementation is available to all stakeholders in a timely basis Ensure relevant timely business sign off at key points along the process.

Documentation
Own the Timeline and all of the relevant transition documentation.
Ensure that the product / client event control documents for each event are completed correctly and manage its content via regular meetings with key business stakeholders

Service Models
Understanding of the services currently provided by the firm and any Outsourced Service providers Understanding the role of the departments within the firm and ensuring all business stakeholders are engaged.
Ongoing maintenance of the service models and updates based on new requirements.
Identification of the correct service model to fit the requirements of the client(s)

Responsibilities
Management of the lifecycle of a transition ensuring appropriate sign off at critical stages and handover.
Assessment of requirements and maintenance/ management of gaps, issues and interdependencies Governance – attend the regular meetings designed to share information across internal teams and service providers Active monitoring and re design of the transitions process when applicable Documentation – Ownership of the event timeline.

Internal Reporting and Control
Regular timeline agreed with business stakeholders and managed across businesses.
Standard service model maintained and new models built when necessary

Key Priorities
Onboarding
Creating an awareness of the operational support required for transition events Data gathering across multiple departments and locations

Ideal background (not restricted to):

– Product knowledge – ETF / AUT / SICAV / Managed Pension Funds
– Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of a new business / transitions team when supporting the launch of a new Product
– Intermediate spreadsheet skills
– Numeracy and Accuracy
– Good general knowledge of the Investment Management industry, products, instruments, processing standards and regulations (Typically by earning an Investment Administration Qualification from the Securities Institute)
