Forest Care Selection are currently supporting on an exclusive basis a national charity supporting veterans through sight loss.
This innovative charity delivers a range of services to veterans with sight loss across the country.
This organisation is seeking a Clinical Lead to ensure the smooth and safe running of Healthcare within in its specialist centre in Brighton (relocating to Rustington).
The Clinical Lead in Brighton/Rustington will:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the centre.
- Deputise for the centre manager when required and during planned absence.
- Work with the centre manager and senior leadership team to ensure the centres compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the effective running of all the centres registered care and nursing floors.
- Work with the practice development nurse to ensure all care and nursing teams are effectively trained and motivate to deliver the very highest standards of person-centred care.
- Be responsible for the clinical governance of the service and will be the infection control lead.
The Clinical Lead in Brighton will need:
- To be a Registered General Nurse with active PIN.
- Experience of leading care and nursing teams in a care/nursing home or rehabilitation setting.
- Ideally hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or have a willingness to work towards.
