An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client for a Nursing Home Manager in their beautiful 40 bedded General nursing and residential home in the Chorley area. This home is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Nursing Home Manager to manage the home and somebody who can bring fresh ideas so that this home can continue to stay ahead of the competition, stay compliant, maintain excellent occupancy levels and above all offer the very best levels of care.
Job Requirements:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Applicants must be able to assist in developing robust care costing, and ensuring that care delivery reflects each individual care agreement.
• The manager will need to be able to forge strong links within the community and build on the excellent relationships already developed.
• Budgets
Skills/ Qualifications:
• RMA/LMC
• The manager will need to have a strong understanding of Person Centred Care delivery
• Nurse Qualified (RGN)
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Registered with CQC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
