We are looking for an experience Marketing Manager looking to take that next step up in to a Head of Marketing to work within an entrepreneurial software company. Reporting in to the Managing Director you will bring experience of working within a B to B environment managing digital solutions, business growth and lead generation while managing a marketing budget and supporting a team.

The Role
• Delivering Technical solutions in to a B to B environment working closely with the Sales teams
• Drive new marketing campaigns forward to enhance business growth
• Look at digital advertising, social media, and elements of digital marketing to increase and develop new business.
• Manage and support marketing plans and budgets
• Support software training to enhance sales within the sales teams
• Bring creative ideas, research and marketing tools to look at new markets through the UK and internationally
• Support and develop a new marketing team
• Strong understanding of software solutions or mobile apps

The Person
• Ambitious and driven with an entrepreneurial approach
• Experience of running marketing budgets
• Strong digital understanding
• Man management skills
• Experience of working alone side sales team and looking at lead generation
• Creative thinker and able to think outside of the box
• Technical software solutions or mobile applications would be an advantage
