Bid & Business Development Manager

We are pleased to be working with a leading name in the world of support services, construction projects, maintenance and FM services.

With a network of offices across the UK this business delivers services to both public and private sector customers and has under gone a significant period of growth and acquisition.

Due to the recent commercial success of the business they are looking to capitalise on this growth and engage a senior level Bid & Business Development Director.

You will take a holistic approach to the development and bid function and be instrumental in creating a medium to long term strategic vision. You will identify new areas for growth and development and be responsible for market mapping and identifying decision makers. You will provide leadership, support and guidance to the bid team to develop efficient and robust bid process’s and ensure the quality of the bids is consistent.

We are looking for a senior level BDD, you must have operated at director level and have significant experience within the Facilities / Property Management, or Building Services industry. You must be able to communicate at the highest level and represent the business at industry events and awards ceremonies.
