Site Manager – External Wall Insulation

My client are a leading provider in the social housing sector. Due to ongoing success my client are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to work on an EWI (External Wall Insulation) Project based in London

As a Site Manager you will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for controlling all site based activities within company policies and procedures. Duties will include:

Managing a team Tradesman and Subcontractors

Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget

Monitoring health and safety on site

Snagging of properties

Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise

Supervising subcontractors quality of work

Checking quality of works

Working to a tight schedule

The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record of working as a Site Manager for a contractor working on EWI projects and on High rise buildings.

You will have the ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure. Good customer care skills are paramount as you will be working in live environments in tenanted properties (some void properties). Ideally you will come from a solid trade background, you MUST be fully First aid qualified (4 day course), hold a CSCS card (Supervisory or Site Management level) along with relevant H&S courses including SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection, etc.
