Interim Billing Analyst

I am recruiting an interim Billing Analyst for a media business located in Central London.

Essential Job Functions:

Complete monthly billing prior to monthend close
Format royalty report from licensee into calculation sheet,
Identify mismatches between bookings and returns (royalty)
Partner with Sales functions to ensure a pricing structures are well understood and can be implemented
Terms discussion with sales and follow-up emails to circuits on agreed terms
Ensure all pricing and related billing information is accurately loaded into the billing systems.
Performance scales (checking/changing percentages)
Work with other credit staff to resolve customer pricing disputes
Generate information for sales accruals & accounting
Ad Hoc sales support.
Reporting – to support terms negotiation
Other tasks as directed by the Credit Manager Relevant Previous Work Experience:

Billing experience, preferably with a consumer goods or media/entertainment company
Previous experience of working with an outsourced function, or remote team
Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills
Ability to work within a team or individually with minimal supervisory direction
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
