Pastry Chef required for a full time Monday – Friday Job in Bromsgrove – £20,000

A Pastry Chef is required in a catering venue for a permanent contract working within a friendly, strong brigade in Bromsgrove.

As Pastry Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Pastry Chef experience with the ability to run a section and delegate when needed.

– Proven experience within a venue that produces big numbers, but with fresh food..

– 706 or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3 qualifications.

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential. If you live locally to Bromsgrove or are willing to travel you will not need transport.

The Pastry Chef role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Pastry Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

In return for your Pastry skills and experience, the Client is offering a great Salary: £26,000. This is an excellent opportunity to further test your skills and experience in a quality food establishment and progressing your career.

This role is a Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays when there is a large event on, however the latest you will finish is 9pm [this includes the weekday too!]
