Salary: £90,000 per year

We are looking to speak with ambitious and highly driven Pre Contracts Managers with an interest in working for one of the UK’s foremost D&B Fit Out companies, in the West Midlands region.

Working on a range of CAT A, CAT B, refurbishment and small work projects, the Pre-Contracts Manager will take responsibility for and manage the commercial success of multiple schemes to an extremely high standard.

A level of self-sufficiency and experience within a fast track workplace design and build environment is absolutely essential as the post holder will be leading the Pre Construction team as the sole Pre Construction Manager.

Pre-Contracts Manager – key responsibilities and duties:

• Preparation of budgets and cost plans at concept stage based on initial design intent information
• Issuing and obtaining tenders from suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiation and preparation of sub-contractor / supplier terms and conditions
• Preparation and maintenance of the contract documentation
• Cost control
• Cost and design coordination
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Hand over to Construction Director and Delivery Team
