Job Title: Production Print Service Technician
Territory: Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, Bradford, Hull
Basic: £24,000-£28,000
Benefits: Fully expensed car, annual bonus, contributory pension, life assurance, phone, laptop
Our client is looking for a Production Print Service Technician to provide technical support to their customers in regards to their High Volume/Production Print devices and ensuing a first class service.
Candidate Responsibilities
*Responding to callouts
*Travel to customer sites and carry out service and maintenance on the High Volume/Production Print equipment
*Provide training and advice on aspects of the machines so the customer fully understands its capabilities, and the highest level of service is provided
*To undertake relevant training- which will include computer based training
*To achieve all Key Performance targets
Desired Experience
*IT skills
*Experience of working on High Volume machines
*Proactive
*Experience within the print industry
*Problem solver
