Production / Assembly Operator (Temp to Perm)

Due to rapid expansion into the market place our client based on the outskirts of Bicester is seeking to recruit two Production / Assembly Operators on a temp to perm basis. Because of the nature of the work you will need an excellent eye for detail and good dexterity. Due to location, you must drive and own your own motorised vehicle.

Main responsibilities
* Production/assembly
* Making sure the cleanliness of the product, production equipment and the housekeeping of any associated workspace is maintained at the highest standard at all time
* Safe working in accordance with H&S procedures and best practise
* Actively promote continuous improvement

Core Competencies
* Experience with production /assembly work
* Computer literate to a good level
* Excellent Attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Works well both in a team and with minimal supervision
* Flexible approach to taking on different tasks
