Pulse Community Healthcare requires Care Workers to support our client who has complex care needs, allowing them to live independently within their own home setting. This role is near the Southampton area.

We are delivering 7 day a week support for this client, so we need workers to cover weekend shifts. This could be an ideal position who has other week day commitments.

The client has complex healthcare needs which requires clinical care such as; Tracheostomy, ventilation, oxygen, suctioning and PEG Feeds. Previous experienced of working with similar needs would be advantageous however full training will be provided.

Six months paid UK care experience from within the last 2 years will be essential.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A person centred approach
• Experience of dealing with complex care needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with family
• A desire to support others to achieve their potential
