Sales Executive

Looking for a Sales Executive based in the Midlands area.

This is a new position for a growing organisation who is looking for an experienced sales person, this person will need to have an understanding or come from a technical Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or M&E Maintenance background.

Having contacts throughout the FM, Property, Construction and Building Services M&E maintenance sectors, being involved in the delivery of these services as well into these markets is key.

The role will include the promotion, marketing and development of the maintenance division as it grows. Having the potential career growth into a Divisional Manager Managing Director position over time.

The salary is commensurate on experience, bonus/commission which is unlimited and Package are on offer for the right individual.

This role will be fully responsible for developing new business and sales leads, meeting with clients of all levels to introduce this growing organisation and its services to the property market.

The BDM will be the face of this division within the organisation working alongside the owners to deliver a high level of customer service to their clients.

Working from home or from the organisations head office, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for their own time, travelling to meet clients for meetings and presentations throughout the Midlands & South of the UK. Requiring overnight stays where applicable.

This role would suit a Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, BDM, Sales Execuitive or Business Development Executive looking for a step up into a more senior role.
