The role:

To 1:1 support sessions with gifted and talented pupils, including those with SEN. You will be leading Group interventions focusing on Reading, Writing and Mathematics whilst also supporting teachers with lesson planning and marking.

The candidate:

Hold a degree of at least a 2:1 classification
Has previous experience supporting education in a support setting
We want to see graduates with the drive to display the motivation to succeed and show their passion for education and learning.
Be willing to support students both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Have experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
