Internal Recruiter

Salary: £36,000 – £50,400 per year

We’re looking for Internal Recruiter due to scaling up the business. Ideally, you’ll have worked in an in-house recruitment role or as a recruitment consultant, within a fast-scaling company. You should thrive in an innovative environment, can roll up your sleeves to get the job done, but most importantly have fun.

You will work closely with hiring managers across the company – we share ideas and look to continually evolve the way we do things to improve candidate experience and help hiring managers hire amazing people.

The Company

Originally founded as a vehicle valeting specialist, Motorclean has grown, innovated, and evolved over 4 decades, to become a major player in the Integrated Automotive Services sector.

Today we provide comprehensive vehicle preparation and support services to dealerships, auction houses, motor retailers and fleets across the UK. These include Valeting, Smart Repair, Delivery & Collection, Premises Cleaning, Vehicle Video, and Imaging.

Overview of The Role

* Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and role requirements

* Build great long-term relationships with candidates – from screening to offering candidates (that’s the best bit!) to deliver a diverse range of candidates

* Constantly provide a great candidate experience and look to always improve this

* Headhunting is a core part of the role. You’ll need to source, attract and recruit the best candidates

* Interviewing candidates and ensuring they understand the requirements of the roles

* Building and maintaining relationships with a network of talented people and potential candidates for the future is key – there’s always a potential if someone is right for the business and we will have a role for them in the future
