Senior Recruitment Consultant / Business Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per year

The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be:

We are looking for a consultant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally in accountancy. You will be looking to work in an environment where you will be recognised with a fast-track career plan on offer! This could be your next step in developing your career, qualified recruitment will be your priority and key to your success is your ability to further develop client relationships as well as developing new ones.

* Self-driven, ambitious, and keen to work in an environment where you control your targets.

* Confident in using Zoom/Teams video platforms

* Motivated to be the best and further enhance your career in the recruitment sector.

* A good academic background with good written and verbal skills.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – About The Role

* Managing your own portfolio and developing new clients

* Client visits and meeting candidates (subject to current restrictions)

* Attracting top candidates through networking, advertising, and using LinkedIn

* Targeting and mapping out key recruiters in our area

* Working closely with candidates and developing long-term relationships (after all they become the client!)
