Salary: £19.2 – £20.4 per hour

The organisation has 20 years of experience making crafted sets, props and handmade items in the Events, Exhibition & Media sector establishing a reputation as authentic British makers.
From their multi-disciplinary factory warehouse, they take clients ideas from concept to the live environment of finalised set or product.
As a truly multi-disciplinary team, they work with wood, metal, mixed material, carving paint finishes, upholstery, model making and set coverings crafting small one-off pieces to total show build. and stage sets making them a market leader in their field in the UK.
They are looking to recruit an Exhibition Head Joiner to join their team.
Joiner job Description:
The Exhibition Head Joiner will work as part of the management team including the Project Manager & Director to ensure the development and delivery of all client requirements through to onsite delivery and installation.
The role will also have up to 3 junior Joiners reporting in.
Responsibilities:
* Create & deliver client requirements in conjunction with the management team.
* Manage & develop joinery team whilst delivering as an individual.
* Responsibility for delivery and Installation of projects on client sites
Experience / Skills Required for the Joiner role:
* Experience of Exhibition & Set joinery
* Managing and delivering to timescale and requirement.
* Bench hand joinery
* Experience in working in a team environment to ensure the smooth running and delivery of projects up to Installation.
* Management of small teams desirable but not essential (Company will support and develop management skills/experience.
* Ability to deliver to project deadlines.
* Flexibility to travel to project installation venues.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
Overtime: 1.5 on weekends.
Bonus: Twice a year (Summer and Christmas).
