Leisure Centre Supervisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client is an industry leading leisure centre operator with sites throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit team leaders to join their team, based in Hemel Hempstead.

Major goal:

Supervision of operations team to ensure agreed levels of customer service are achieved.

Key Result areas:

* Achievement of agreed standards at all times

* Maintain positive customer relations

* Provide operational support to activity teams

* Supervise operations assistants

* Completion of daily operational activity

* Maintain cleanliness of building

* To manage and or contribute to the creation of an environment that allows colleagues to want to be successful

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience within a leisure centre setting. You must hold a current and valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Certification).
