Telecom Field & Support Desk Engineer – London & Home Counties
SDL Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to work in both field operations and on a support desk. This is a varied role involving installation, diagnostics and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, together with a flexible and positive approach to their work.
This role would be suitable for a motivated individual who is eager to develop their career with a dynamic and ambitious company.
A full UK driving license is essential and experience in any of the following areas would be very beneficial.
• Avaya IP Office
• Unify (Siemens) HiPath 3000; HX/MX; OpenScape Business
• Oak Report X; Record X and Evolve
• Hosted Telephony & SIP
• Fixed Line, Mobile and Data Services
• Voice & Data Cabling Installations
• Access Control and CCTV
