Position: Customer Services Assistant: Part Time Temporary until Christmas.

Hours/Benefits: 9.30am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday (part time) with 30 minute lunch break.
Our client is a UK promotional calendar publishing company established in 1906, based in Saltash, Cornwall.
They have a vacancy for a customer services assistant to cover their seasonally busy order and sales support function. The role also involves a high level of administration including financial calculations and good commercial/organisational skills are essential
Role Responsibilities
This person will need to enter data and sales orders, check information on the database, answer and deal with telephone and email enquiries, give out product information and pricing. There will also be some proof reading, filing, sorting post, packing up samples etc.
The applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Training will be given on the dedicated MIS system.
This is a temporary role from Early September to Mid-December 2013.
The hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Friday 09:30-16:00
