Talent Resourcing Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

Our client, a successful federation of schools in London, is seeking to appoint an experienced internal recruiter to join their Talent Attraction & Resourcing Team (TA&R) based at the central head office in East Croydon. This is an opportunity for a talented individual with a genuine desire to work in the education sector to help maintain the exceptional standards already achieved by the academies.

The TA&R Team is responsible for the Federation talent acquisition strategy and the day-to-day coordination of the end-to-end hiring process. As one of four specialist talent recruiters, this Manager position will lead on the attraction and sourcing strategies for qualified teaching and Senior Leadership (SLT) appointments. The postholder will be involved in the development and execution of attraction strategies, branding, headhunting, sourcing, and screening techniques and onboarding.

Reporting to the Head of TA&R, your responsibilities will include creating, leading, and managing recruitment processes, while delivering to multiple stakeholders with an emphasis on candidate experience and quality service. Working as part of a team you will develop resourcing, marketing, and communication strategies to attract and secure top talent for the Federation and its academies.

Qualified to degree level with 5+ years recruitment experience gained in the education, social care or public sector; you will bring a strong track record of delivering quality hires within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent project planning skills, brings experience in permanent and temporary/contingent recruitment coupled with the natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
