Finance Assistant

Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year

Our client based in Rainworth are looking for an individual to join their business that has experience of documenting & invoicing processes. You will need to be confident in dealing with customers/suppliers over the telephone and via email. If this sounds like you, then please get in touch!

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Strong PC & technical knowledge, including Word, Excel & Teams
Current or recent experience in documenting & invoicing processes
Proven ability to work remotely
Excellent numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have strong IT Skills and the proven ability to work remotely. You will be a well organised individual that is motivated and self-disciplined. You will demonstrate a can do attitude and have an excellent eye for detail.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

Handling & resolving customer invoice queries
Preparing & posting of sales invoices & cover for credit control
Posting of supplier invoices
Answering supplier queries
Reconciling supplier statements
Handling subcontractor queries & invoicing
Posting & allocating of all cash receipts
Creating & sending of customer statements
Resolving any queries that arise from posting cash receipts
Raising & posting of sales invoices
Carrying out other ad hoc duties as required
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £27,600 – £30,000per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with 2-3 days remote working available too
